Process
I am a huge advocate of process and he brings that to light. He formulates a service that can be performed again and again which is advantageous to any type of operational security.

But what about items that are outside of your process? Would you develop an entirely new process (could be daunting)? Or do you have one process for everthing outside of the normal processes?
